Jeff Milgram, CEO
Jeff Milgram is the Founder and CEO of USAMail1, LLC. - a leading company in the global digital mail and virtual office field, blending traditional mail and parcel receipt, storage, and forwarding, with online mail and warehouse management technology. After starting several successful e-commerce businesses, Jeff opened an independent retail shipping outlet to compliment the growing shipping needs of his internet retail businesses. USAMail1 was founded in 2007 to enhance the consumer experience and capabilities of a traditional postal store. With application to both international consumers and businesses looking to shop and do business in the US, as well as domestic individuals and businesses looking for an enhanced mailbox/mailroom experience, Jeff continues to develop the vision and technology of the company to accommodate the growing digital mail revolution. Backed by a dedicated and ever-growing team, Jeff oversees the daily operations of USAMail1, including strategic business development and technology initiatives.
Jeff has a B.A. in Economics, graduating with honors from Dickinson College. Jeff has over 30 years experience developing IT systems for businesses and industries. Jeff has also developed commercially available business presentation and educational software.
Charles Maslin, COO
Charles has twenty years of experience in the areas of venture capital, corporate development and strategic planning including the successful building of several start-up companies and maintaining leading operational and executive roles.
Charles has also held positions at major investment banks and has consulted for companies and governmental organizations worldwide in the areas of technology and policy. Charles earned a BA in Economics from Temple University, a JD from New York Law School.
Pat Kelly, VP Warehouse Operations
Pat Kelly is a seasoned operations manager with over 25 years of warehouse, transportation, logistics, and inventory management experience. He has managed the distribution needs for companies ranging in size from $500,000 annual sales to $50,000,000. In addition, Pat spent 14 years with a 3rd party logistics company where he was responsible for the inventory of several Fortune 100 companies.
Pat joined USAMail1 in 2011 and, in addition to managing our New York operation, he is also responsible for making sure we comply with all United States Federal Export regulations. If you have a question regarding whether your purchase can be exported from the US to your country, Pat is the man to ask.
Isaac Klugmann, VP Internet Marketing
Isaac is the VP of Internet Marketing for USAMail1. He is a seasoned ecommerce executive with a proven ability to blend his technology, marketing and operations experience and knowledge to develop and grow a successful ecommerce business.
Prior to USAMail1, Isaac was the VP of eCommerce for Diamonds International where he brought his expertise to the jewelry vertical, leading the development of a world class website for this Caribbean duty free jeweler. In addition to his professional interests, Isaac believes in giving back to the community in which he lives and works. He has created a free lending organization to assist families in need and is an active board member of a local charity.
Barry Gesserman, VP Business Development
Barry has worked with entrepreneurial leaders in both large corporations and startup companies to bring the business vision to life. He has developed and implemented new growth strategies, brought new products to market, and ramped up new ventures.
Having served in a variety of leadership roles at The Campbell Soup Company in brand management, business development and logistics, Barry brings broad management skills and experience to USAMail1.com. As VP Business Development, he will focus on expanding the Company's customer base and capacity. As a member of the Executive Team, Barry will provide valuable strategic, marketing, and operations support. Barry earned his MBA at The University of Michigan.
Esther Fisher, VP Administrative Operations
Esther currently serves as VP Administrative Operations for USAMail1. She is an experienced operations manager and has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Esther is fluent in all aspects of running the company, from operations to logistics to customer service and "everything in between". Usually, you can find her working closely with our customer service team helping them provide specialized care and attention to new and existing customers.
Esther has a Masters degree in Business and Leadership from Belleview University of Omaha as well as two undergraduate degrees.
Esther Yafa, VP Software Development
Esther Yafa has been working in web development for almost 15 years. She has been involved in all phases of planning, implementing, maintaining and customizing websites and has been involved in many shopping-cart projects. Esther has been involved in USAMAIL1.com from the beginning. She is proficient in PHP, Perl, HTML and MySQL.
Previous to working on the web, Esther worked in the mainframe environment as a programmer and DBA. She programmed scientific applications in FORTRAN and business applications in COBOL. Past experience as a DBA has given her a firm understanding of working with databases and the solutions they provide. Esther has an academic background with a B.A. in applied mathematics and computer science with high scholastic achievement. High-quality work is important to her. Esther enjoys continuing education and reading. Music and walking are among her hobbies.
Through his company E Toime Consulting Limited and based on his broad experience as a senior executive in the industry, Elmar Toime is an independent advisor to the postal sector. He lives in London.
He is chairman of Postea, Inc, a postal technology group incorporated in 2006 and is a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post DHL, the world's leading logistics company. He is also a non-executive director of Blackbay Limited, a market-leading mobile solutions service company, and advises a number of start-up firms in the postal and logistics sector.
Elmar was the chief executive of New Zealand Post Limited from 1993 to 2003 where he diversified its business base into new areas of activity, including into courier and express services, third party logistics, electronic services and in 2002 the establishment of a new, full service retail bank, Kiwibank Ltd. This move into banking exemplified his long interest and commitment to extracting value from the post office retail network. In 2003 he moved to the UK when he was appointed Executive Deputy Chairman of the Royal Mail Group, including chairman of the Royal Mail management board and chairman of GLS B.V., a leading parcel delivery logistics company in Europe.
In 2004 Elmar was awarded a life-time achievement award for leadership in the postal industry. Born in Italy, Elmar grew up and was educated in Melbourne, Australia and has qualifications in Science and in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
Mr. Schnel founded and managed several privately-held specialty finance businesses and currently is the Chairman of Fast A/R Funding, a private company focused on lending to small businesses throughout the United States. He is also currently a Board Member of National Capital Management, LLC and a Director of First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:BANC), a $1.7 billion multi-bank holding company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schnel co-managed ITU Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on technology companies emerging from research universities, and worked at SunAmerica Investments, Inc. as a manager in the real estate investment division with a primary focus of first lien lending on a diverse range of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Schnel received his Bachelor's Degree, summa cum laude, from Tulane University and completed the Director training and certification program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. Schnel currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and three children and serves as the President and Chair of the Southern California Chapter of the Tourette Syndrome Association.

Prior to founding Beyond.com, Rich was a management consultant providing software solutions to several major corporations. He studied engineering at Boston University and lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, daughters, and a playful puppy named Twizzler.
Robert J. Koltai
Robert J. Koltai is the Founder and Managing Member of Hain Capital Group. Mr. Koltai created Hain Capital Group in 2002 to exploit opportunities in the distressed marketplace. For the past ten years, he has expanded Hain Capital Group's offerings to include multiple equity and fixed income value fund products. Mr. Koltai was previously a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Company in the distressed trading group where he sourced and traded more than $2 billion in trade claims. He also served as an analyst at Quadrangle funds and managed a business unit of Greystone. He has served on the board of a number of Internet Startups, and communications companies.
Mr. Koltai has contributed to scholarly articles relating to bankruptcy claims trading and has lectured at Columbia Business School and various event-driven conferences on distressed investing. Mr. Koltai received his BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Mr. Koltai is also the past president and a current board Member of Hand in Hand, a New Jersey charity that provides food to the needy.
